Space Machine Gun Robot, made in Hong Kong in the 1980s by Everite. Part No. 8010.

This rounded robot is plastic, 9" tall (23cm), with black body, red arms & legs, and clear-domed brain. During operation, he walks forward with firing guns, flashing lights, and rotating radar. Walks Automatically, Radar Rotates and Control Centre Lights, Guns Fire with Sound Flash Light Smoke, Posable Arms. Requires: 2 D batteries.
